My Story

Hi, I am running the glasgow half Marathon to raise money for Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland. 

My journey to get here has been up and down, Last year my beautiful mum, unexpectedly passed away on October 28th of a very rare Heart Condition. Mum also had a stroke 11 years ago which left her partially immobile.  After mum died I gave up running and all exercise.(everything really) I decided to get back to it and raise money to help with this wonderful charity to help identify issues and help other families from dealing with tragic loss.

I know times are tough right now, however I would be so grateful if anyone could spare what they can afford to honour my beautiful mum.
