Run for Teddy

My Story

I am running this half marathon for one of my dear friends little boy, this year his family had their world turned upside down and found out that Teddy was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Teddy isn's even 3 years old! He has had 3 brain surgeries and he has just completed his second round of chemotherapy with another 27 weeks to go.

Rob and his family cannot say how amazing all the surgeons, nurses, oncologists, physios and every other member of staff at both Royal Blackburn hospital and Royal Manchester children's hospital have been.

I myself have a little boy a very similar age to Teddy and i cannt even imagine what they are going through. He is the nicest and strongest person i know. Teddy is still smiling and being cheeky. They are just had another baby recently which is fabulous news but looking after a newborn is not easy especially when you rtqaking one of your boys to chemo regurlary. I just wanted to show support and do something to help. So I thought it was time to try and give something back.

Any donations any one one can give will be greatly received and go towards a fantastic cause
